docs: Tower-Finder is now retina-server - #19

The repository was renamed on 2026-08-21 so that "tower-finder" refers only to tower-finder-service and to the illuminator-search feature. GitHub redirects the old URL, so nothing here was broken; this keeps the org reference docs saying what the thing is now called. References to tower-finder-service and the tower-finder.retina.fm vhost are deliberately untouched: that service was not renamed, and the vhost still resolves to it.

docs/plans/and every file underdocs/decisions/are untracked in this repository, so the ADRs and plans thatCLAUDE.mddescribes as the org source of truth exist only in local checkouts and have never been committed. They also carry references to the old name, which this PR therefore cannot reach. Raising it rather than fixing it, since committing another session's local documents is not mine to do.
