The repository was renamed to offworldlabs/retina-server on 2026-08-21, so that "tower-finder" refers only to tower-finder-service and to the illuminator-search feature it is named after. All three droplets, the compose service and the images moved beforehand.

16 references across four reference documents: docs/architecture.md, docs/cross-cutting-changes.md, docs/contracts/README.md and docs/brand/brand-guide.md.

GitHub redirects the old URL, so nothing here was broken. This is the org reference docs saying what the thing is now called.

Deliberately untouched: tower-finder-service and the tower-finder.retina.fm vhost. That service was not renamed and the vhost still resolves to it. Verified after the sweep that every surviving tower.finder match is one of those two.

Worth flagging separately: docs/plans/ and every file under docs/decisions/ are untracked in this repository, so the ADRs and plans that CLAUDE.md describes as the org source of truth exist only in local checkouts and have never been committed. They also carry references to the old name, which this PR therefore cannot reach. Raising it rather than fixing it, since committing another session's local documents is not mine to do.
