The App Store archive of main (3b073f7) failed in run 36785983181 with MT4162: UIKit.UISceneAccessory "is not available in iOS 26.5 (it was introduced in iOS 27.0)".

Cause: dotnet workload install maui-ios installs the newest workload set.

Upload run Workload set iOS manifest Xcode on macos-26-arm64 20260907 Result
2026-09-21 10.0.401 26.5.10318 26.5 success
2026-09-30 10.0.401.1 27.0.10722 26.5 MT4162

CI's Mobile — iOS Build stayed green because it builds without signing, and that build skips the ManagedRegistrar linker step that fails here.

Changes

  • Pin --version 10.0.401 in ios-release.yml and in dotnet.yml's Android and iOS jobs.
  • Add PinnedMobileWorkloadSetTest: every dotnet workload install maui-* must name a workload set, and they must all be the same set.
  • Update the CLAUDE.md test counts (+1).

Gates: AgendaBuddy.AppHost.Tests 226/226 passing; dotnet format --verify-no-changes clean.

`dotnet workload install maui-ios` took the newest workload set. 10.0.401.1
ships an iOS 27 manifest while the macos-26 runner image still defaults to
Xcode 26.5, so the signed archive failed MT4162 in the ManagedRegistrar
linker step. The unsigned CI iOS build skips that step and stayed green, so
CI stopped predicting whether a release would build.

Pin 10.0.401 (iOS manifest 26.5.10318, the set the last successful upload
used) in ios-release.yml and in dotnet.yml's Android and iOS jobs, and add
PinnedMobileWorkloadSetTest so every install names a set and they all agree.
