feat: add 8 missing perp logos (mkts, para, xyz)

Adds the 8 perp logos currently missing on the Oku perps market list (icons that render broken because neither Hyperliquid's icon CDN nor perpslist.json has them). All logos are SVG; each asset directory contains exactly one logo file per the perps rules.

Generated tiles are 512x512-viewBox SVGs with the same navy (#003B71), corner radius, and white bold ticker as the existing index/ETF tiles; the text is outlined to paths so rendering is font-independent.
