Why

The agents bar panel is display-only. It picks up any omarchy-agent-usage-<agent> collector. Claude, Codex, and Fireworks ship; Hermes does not.

What

• omarchy-agent-usage-hermes prints the panel record from local state.db (~/.hermes + existing ~/.hermes/profiles/*)
• Queries session_model_usage and user messages; probes sqlite_master / PRAGMA table_info so a schema bump does not crash the updater
• No 5-hour/weekly limits — Hermes is multi-provider. tierLabel is the dominant billing provider
• Missing Hermes or a truncated db still prints valid JSON (ready: false) so sibling collectors are not failed
• Optional assets/hermes.svg mark
• Zero QML changes

Test plan

• bash test/shell.d/agent-usage-hermes-scanner-test.sh
• ./test/cli (metadata)
• Live scan of this machine's James profile state.db (ready, grok-4.6 + glm models, empty limits)

Rollback: revert the branch. Existing ~/.local/state/omarchy/agents/usage/hermes.json can be deleted; the panel hides agents with no record.

Closing in favor of #6645 / #6647.

Same collector (omarchy-agent-usage-hermes over local state.db + profiles, defensive sqlite, no invented quotas). #6647 also does remote-gateway usage and the panel UI for it — the hole this PR left open.

Zero QML here was deliberate; #6647 already has the QML. No unique collector behavior worth keeping.
