Summary of Changes

This PR introduces native AI Usage Telemetry collection and Shell Panel integration for the Antigravity CLI (agy) within the built-in omarchy.agents status bar widget and panel.

1. Usage Telemetry Collector (bin/omarchy-agent-usage-agy):

   • Implements a dedicated usage collector for Antigravity following Schema Version 1.
   • Discovers and scans local prompt history and transcripts (~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/history.jsonl and ~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/brain/*/transcript.jsonl).
   • Implements multi-process concurrency locking via fcntl.flock(lock_fd, fcntl.LOCK_EX) on ~/.cache/omarchy/agent-usage/agy-scan.lock.
   • Uses atomic file replacement with tempfile.mkstemp (0644).
   • Stamps cache envelope with scanDate for midnight date rollover invalidation.
   • Accurately tracks today/weekly prompt counts, token estimation, all-time model breakdowns, and rolling session/weekly rate limit meters with exact UTC reset timestamps.
   • Dynamic tier detection (Google AI Pro vs Vertex AI Enterprise).

2. Shell Vector Assets (shell/plugins/agents/assets/):

   • Adds agy.svg (fill="#fff") for dark surfaces.
   • Adds agy-light.svg (fill="#111") for light surfaces.
   • Conforms to standard viewBox="0 0 24 24", width="1em", height="1em", and evenodd fill rules matching existing agent marks (codex.svg, claude.svg).

3. Manifest Update (shell/plugins/agents/manifest.json):

   • Registers "agy": { "enabled": true } under default providers.
   • Updates plugin description to include Antigravity.

Verification & Testing

• Validated with python3 -m py_compile and Schema Version 1 JSON validation.
• Executed 25-worker high-concurrency stress test to verify flock locking and cache atomicity under --force.
• Verified edge cases (clean fallback on empty/missing history, read-only cache directory, malformed timestamps).
• Audited for PII, secrets, and credentials (0 leaks).
• Tested live rendering with omarchy-agent-usage-update and Quickshell omarchy.agents panel.
