Opticlick error

everytime i run the apps its always shown error require data failed to load, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the apps and its still not fixed, can you guys help me? it writes : error code : remote catalog failed

Additionally, the logs indicate that the network connection seems unstable, so this aspect may require further checking on your end.

So is there any suggestion what should I do now? Because outside this app, I have no problems with internet connection
