This update to the Onomy node software removes the Dao Module.
Dao module functionality utilized a custom fork of Cosmos-SDK called Onomy-SDK in order to augment staking behavior. This functionality is no longer used therefore the complication of separate Onomy-SDK is not longer needed.
First stage of updating Onomy is to remove the Dao module followed by update to dependencies to move away from Onomy-SDK to Cosmos-SDK proper.
