• .claude/settings.json still used the pre-fix(#105): use SessionEnd hook event (not Stop) — matches mental model, eliminates per-turn waste #108 Stop hook event → migrated to SessionEnd (fires once per session, not per assistant turn).
• CLAUDE.md still had the pre-init: scaffolded read-pointer omits findings/, reflections/, shared/findings/ — fresh agents silently skip them #96 decisions-only read-pointer → now covers all record-type dirs (decisions / findings / reflections / rejected_alternatives + their shared/ copies).

Both were produced by running spanweave init --tool claude-code in this repo (the migration paths from #108 and #96 doing their job), then tidying the leftover empty Stop: [].

No code change — config only. The tool's own repo should reflect its current behavior, especially before a demo that may show this repo.
