Instead of obtaining chromium from the apt repos, we download a specific version from the chromium build archive. This way, we can use a semi equivalent version to the google-chrome used in the OCA, See https://github.com/OCA/oca-ci/blob/master/Dockerfile#L97
This reverts commit 152038a.
Allows multiple doodba base images to be built simultaneously. Fixes simultaneous downstream buils failing to get the lock and failing They will now wait for the lock to be released.
Changes the PR comment to a supported action Deduplicates action version definitions. Generates test report.
This way we ensure if no image is found for tests, we don't pull master Also the build step was taking up more time than just building again in tests.
