PodRoll does something interesting: they re-host RSS feeds to enable dynamic RSS features. Example feed:
https://rss.pdrl.fm/2fbea3/feeds.redcircle.com/8a04a5aa-919c-458b-9b68-c517213652b9I'm not certain whether this qualifies PodRoll as a hosting provider. They do re-host feeds, and podcasters who use them must update their canonical feed URL with podcast apps and directories.
If not a "hosting provider" I'm not sure where else to include them in the OPAWG framework, as we don't have a repo for "RSS feed prefixes" which could include Podroll, Introcast, etc.
