docs: rebuild site after English nginx guide fix

Summary

• Refresh generated project metadata so the docs site rebuilds after docs: translate English nginx guide open-ace#1086
• The source English nginx guide is now fully translated in open-ace main
• Build-time sync will publish the corrected English sidebar title and page content

Verification

• npm run build
• rg -n "[\p{Han}]|反向代理" docs/reference/NGINX.md returns no matches after sync
