Show the terminal monitor in the README

Summary

• Adds a PNG capture of the actual Bubble Tea monitor renderer.
• Shows normalized controller state, active controls, live recording status, and the canonical event stream.
• Embeds the capture at the start of the README terminal-monitor section.
• Uses a deterministic controller-event fixture because no controller was connected during capture; no fixture code is included in the repository.

Validation

• Visually inspected the final 2510×844 PNG.
• Image is 310 KB and decodes successfully.
• README image path resolves to the committed asset.
• go test ./...
• Formatting and diff checks clean.

Release behavior

The repository release workflow will publish this merge as v1.0.1 after successful CI on main.
