This PR adds a multi-source scraper for the University of Western Macedonia, following the same structure used for the UoM scraper. Instead of creating separate scrapers for each department, all UoWM department pages are grouped under one
UowmNewsScraper, with each department stored as a separatesourceso it can appear cleanly in the app drawer. The scraper includes pagination support, source-specific selectors, duplicate-link filtering, image extraction, and basic text cleanup.Fixes #12
Future ToDo: Seperate sources from each scraper into different json files
