Reviewed the CODEOWNERS-only governance change. Adding @openAMRobot/openamrobot2-0_leads alongside @BotshareAI removes the self-review dead end while preserving the existing platform-lead ownership. No runtime/code behavior changes are introduced, and the repository checks are green. Approved for this governance scope.

Adds the OpenAMRobot2.0_Leads team as code owner next to BotshareAI on every rule that lists BotshareAI.
Why: with BotshareAI as the only code owner, pull requests authored by BotshareAI cannot receive a code-owner approval. GitHub applies the last matching CODEOWNERS rule, so the team is added to every such rule, not only the root rule. Any lead other than the author can now approve.
Scope: CODEOWNERS and, where present, the matching sentence in the maintainers or contribution doc. No code, CI or settings changes.
