Pull request

Brings the OpenAMRobot 2.0 roadmap pages, the reference pages and the shared roadmap model in line with the plan set of 1 November 2026: P-03 rev20.2, E-01 rev1.6, M-01 rev19.7 and BOM Issue 7.14.

  • Base: main at 7ae4a65215269b205838aca4cb1bd9ac2bed99b0
  • Head: 775762c1208483805bb7f527f540512440c08be2
  • Expected outcome: roadmap pages and model aligned with P-03 rev20.2; draft PR

Scope

Topic Change
Plan set Footers, source lines, page headers and "documents in force" now cite P-03 rev20.2 / E-01 rev1.6 / M-01 rev19.7 / BOM Issue 7.14. Pages state that design values were aligned on 1 Nov while delivery status, evidence and repository heads stay at the 24 Oct snapshot. The snapshot date is unchanged because GitHub state was not refreshed.
K1/K2 GX11CAC recorded, decision under the availability rule due 2 Nov 2026 (action step 2 now has this due date). LEV100H is shown as withdrawn, and "P-03 item 5" is dropped from drift 8.
CTL-002 / IMU The click-shield row, node and package are marked removed. IMU-001 is the TDK EV_ICM-42688-P on SPI4 (tables, SVG node, SPI edge label, model registry).
E-stop The shared-base row no longer says "Chest E-stop from the OpenArm kit". ARM-008 / ESTOP-KIT is marked withdrawn. "Chest E-stop" now appears only as the signal ESTOP_CHEST.
Gate A 30 Oct is shown as Gate A partial (A1 control only); the full run is 6 Nov (overview, timeline, action plan, milestones, Gate A UI scope).
hp30 The "register still lists hp25, update pending" notes on robot.html are removed.
Getac Rotatable mount, landscape default, portrait second position (item 26) in the tables, the BOM node and model.js getac_tablet (purpose and source). It is still drawn landscape.
Power Precharge shown as fitted (SAF-004, BUY-26). The SAFE 24 V converter PWR-030 is the MEAN WELL DDR-240B-24. DOLD written holding confirmation received; the holding test on the delivered unit is still open.
Availability rule Added to the procurement section, the K1/K2 plan and hardware-architecture.md.
Battery Pages already showed 314 x 140 x 210 mm; hardware-architecture.md and the BOM Issue 7 note now state it and that the earlier allocation is superseded.
BOM Issue 7 page Banner updated and a new "Superseded 1 November 2026" paragraph added. The record rows are left unchanged, matching the page's existing convention.
model.js / robot.html Clearance labels: carriage / chest E-stop became carriage / second E-stop, and the obstacle arm profile / chest E-stop became arm profile / chest equipment. These labels are in the robot.html bundle; model.js had no such label. No geometry changed.
Checker In check_roadmap.py, CHEST_RETIRED now allows "portrait second position" (the old rule rejected any "portrait") and rejects "chest E-stop".
STATE.md New file: there was no AGENTS.md or STATE.md in the repository.

Step 1 inventory (before editing)

Hits for the stale values: index 73, hardware 209, architecture 61, progress 154, robot 42, exploded 6, model/exploded.json and model.js 50, BOM Issue 7 page 615 (almost all inside its embedded record rows), simulation page 6, Markdown pages about 40. After editing, the remaining hits are kept on purpose:

  • item citations such as "P-03 rev19.7 item 23" or "rev20.0 item 24", which record where a decision was taken;
  • dated history (register PRs, OA findings, "State 24 Oct");
  • the procurement table, which is still the BOM Issue 7.10 import and is labelled that way;
  • the record rows of the BOM Issue 7 page.

Commands and results

python3 scripts/check_roadmap.py          -> Roadmap check passed: 6 pages, snapshot 24 Oct 2026.
bash scripts/check_docs.sh                -> Documentation check passed with 0 warning(s).
mkdocs build --strict -> exit 0, 0 warnings (venv with requirements.txt)
node scripts/audit_sync.js                -> 63 parts, 0 mismatches, 0 errors (only fingerprints changed in sync_audit.json)
forbidden-term scan of all added text -> 0 findings (check_roadmap FORBIDDEN list plus internal-link and em-dash patterns)

There is no dedicated "public-extract" script in the repository. The forbidden-term scan above, which uses the checker's own rules, was used in its place.

Not verified

  • The lychee offline link check was not run locally because the sandbox blocked the binary download; CI runs it. No links were added.
  • Section numbers in "E-01 rev1.6 sN" references were carried over from rev1.4 and not checked against rev1.6.
  • Values cited as BOM Issue 7.14 / BOM 7.14 were relabelled from 7.10/7.11 and not checked against the BOM itself. Procurement counts are explicitly the 7.10 import.
  • The date for the Gate A UI scope (step 5) was moved to 6 Nov on the assumption that it belongs to the full run.
  • The swimlane bars still end on 30 Oct; only the labels changed.
  • The IMU envelope geometry still uses the earlier board's size.
  • Whether CTL-014 (CAN Isolator 3 Click) needs a carrier now that the shield is removed is not checked.
  • The robot page first load is about 10 bytes under its budget.
  • The robot.html clearance skip compared against a name that did not exist both before and after this change. That is left as it was, so clearance results do not change.

Documentation architecture

  • Planned content stays labelled planned; nothing claims validation.
  • No exact commands or contracts were moved out of owning repositories.

Intellectual property and provenance

  • The commit is signed off (-s).
  • Contributor Agreement and institutional authorization: for the maintainer to confirm.
  • No prices, contact data, seller names or internal document links were added (manufacturers only).

AI disclosure

Claude Code (an AI assistant) made all edits in this PR, using scripted literal replacements with expected match counts, and ran the checks above. The values come from the requester's statement of the 1 Nov 2026 plan set; no plan-set documents were available in the session. A human should review before merge.

Plan set P-03 rev20.2, E-01 rev1.6, M-01 rev19.7, BOM Issue 7.14 in the
roadmap pages, the reference pages and the shared roadmap model:
K1/K2 GX11CAC recorded with the availability-rule decision due 2 Nov
(LEV100H withdrawn); CTL-002 click shield removed, IMU board TDK
EV_ICM-42688-P on SPI4; second E-stop on the static column, ESTOP-KIT
withdrawn; Gate A full run 6 Nov (30 Oct partial, A1 control only);
hp30 in the register; Getac ZX80 on a rotatable mount (item 26);
precharge fitted; SAFE 24 V converter MEAN WELL DDR-240B-24; DOLD
holding confirmation received, holding test open; availability rule.

model.js: getac_tablet entry notes the rotatable mount, tablet still
drawn landscape; robot.html clearance labels no longer say chest
E-stop. No part moved; sync_audit.json regenerated (63 parts, 0
mismatches). check_roadmap.py allows "portrait second position" and
rejects "chest E-stop" in the 3D pages. Adds STATE.md.
