- added an additional tool to fetch products added to the knowledge base
- fixed the typing indicator for the support representative as it was showing on the customer side of the customer view
- added a bypass for HITL in situations where a support agent wants to have both options of automatic replies and HITL functionality

- route knowledge base and sidebar document links through in-app paths, add agent entry, and swap admin icon - highlight active sidebar items and add a quick logout control in the sidebar header and user menu - ensure relevant article links and copied URLs stay on the /kb route for same-origin loading - refactor the various routes including /, /scrape_jobs, /kb, /init_vs, /agent, /admin to be responsive, updated the sidebar to be mobile responsive. - added a few components, refactored and updated others to match the final UI that was desired. Tested the UI across desktop, tablet and mobile to ensure enverything was intact. - mde changes to ensure consistency in design patterns across routes, changes some design elements and included others. - ran job scrapes to also update the knowledge base and test that UI features did not interfere with functionality of the various pages. ## Testing - npm run lint - npm run test - npx run tsc
