Problem

Three rows in scripts/ci/test-suites/file-durations.json no longer match how long their files take, so the shared lanes start them in the wrong order:

• kubernetes-real-kubectl: the row says 1.0 s, but the file now takes about 8.8 s. It grew from 22 to 37 tests with test(openshell): bound the k3d proof's teardown and name 401 token sources #2781, test: run real-cluster cleanups newest-first and bounded #2789, test: end bounded teardown promptly when setup outlives its test #2796 and test: see the file's end when a file hook fails, and stop late setup safely #2799. Because of the low estimate, it starts late in checks-baseline-1 (54th of 93 files, about 55 s in) and is the last file to finish in all five sampled main runs.
• console-agents-2: the row says 77.9 s; the file takes about 65.9 s.
• console-agent-logs: the row says 65.6 s; the file takes about 74.0 s.

Change

• Recompute those three rows with the method the table already uses: the median wallDurationMs of passed runs over five green main CI runs, rounded to 100 ms, read from the ci-results-<lane> artifacts.
• The five runs end at 7e2000970. The others are 968eb89f6, 0e2f29eae, bc69f8a11 and 33bb74590.
• Name that window in the table's source note, as test(ci): start the postgres iam barrier in the first freed slot #2784 did for provisioning-400.
• No other row changes. Every other row in these lanes is within 15% or 5 s of its current median.

Verification

• Samples from the 15 ci-results-checks-baseline-1, ci-results-checks-browser and ci-results-checks-browser-2 artifacts. Each artifact's sourceSha matches its run, and each lane passed.
  • kubernetes-real-kubectl: 8553, 8578, 8762, 8765, 8782 ms
  • console-agents-2: 63877, 64832, 65911, 65934, 65940 ms
  • console-agent-logs: 73011, 74005, 74050, 74544, 77512 ms
• node scripts/ci/run-tests.mjs audit: no issues.
• The three focused ci-runner tests pass: shared versus serial files, longest-first order, and rejection of an unusable duration table.
• Prettier check passes.

Risks

None expected. This changes only the order in which shared files start. It does not change which tests run, how many run at once, or which checks are required.
