Closes #893

What

LoginForm gets its notice prop back. The merge of master into #872's branch (990b93f3) dropped it from the signature but left it in the caller and the body. Since PR #880, /login has crashed on render for everyone, with ReferenceError: notice is not defined.

Verified

Check before (master cefe453d) after
/login in Chromium 500 page, ReferenceError: notice is not defined form visible, 0 console errors
npx tsc -b --noEmit 2 errors (TS2322, TS2304) passes
npx vitest run src/features/auth 27 failed 15 files, 121 passed
npx vitest run (whole frontend) — 112 files, 1034 passed
new test signup.test.tsx: expired enrolment → sign-in form shows the reason fails, notice is not defined passes

Not done

  • How this merge got through review and CI is not investigated here. CI on master should have been red since 2026-10-02.

Merging master into the #872 branch (990b93f) resolved LoginForm's
signature to the old one while its caller and body still used notice.
Since PR #880 the sign-in screen threw 'notice is not defined' on render
for everyone, tsc -b failed and 27 auth unit tests were red.

The added test walks the only path that hands a notice up to AuthScreen:
sign-up, enrolment on an expired token, back to the sign-in form with the
reason.
