This repository is the release destination for SRAM integration packages generated by ECOS Factory for the ICS55 55 nm process.
Use the ECOS Factory SRAM Compiler to choose a configuration, preview its PPA, and download an integration package. The Compiler page is the place to select a configuration; this repository stores the resulting GitHub Releases.
ICS55 ECOS SRAM is a synchronous single-port SRAM macro with up to 640 Kbit (80 KiB) and 2–160 bits per word. The Compiler page shows the valid Words, Bits / word, Column mux, Variant, Interface, and Corner choices for each supported configuration.
Each release asset is a .tar.gz package for one generated SRAM instance. It contains:

The repository name follows the open-pdks IP naming convention: ics55_ecos_sram.
