This does a few things:

1. makes sure that we don't use cached IP address when connecting to backend. Fixes Plugin can't connect to the server if it starts before #10
2. removes the blocking network connection. so now we fetch installed plugins/providers async
3. simplify main.tsx file by breaking it down into smaller pieces.
