Add a 9.1 version bundle (Valkey 9.1.2) and move the 9.0 bundle to the 9.0.6 patch release. 9.0.0 stays in the catalog, marked deprecated, for instances that pin it. Signed-off-by: Sergey Pronin <sp@solanica.io>

What
9.1version bundle running Valkey 9.1.2 (latestvalkey/valkey9.1 release).9.0bundle moves from 9.0.0 to the 9.0.6 patch release. Instances on the9.0bundle pick up 9.0.6 after the provider upgrade.9.0.0stays in the catalog markeddeprecated, so Instances that pin it keep working and get theComponentVersionDeprecatedcondition.9.0.version: "9.0.0", which is not a bundle name; they now use"9.0".valkey-operator v0.7.1 supports 9.1: it version-gates 9.1-only features (

8.1bundle is unchanged. It does not start with operator 0.7.x, which always rendersshutdown-on-sigterm failover(Valkey 9.0+). It should be removed or deprecated separately.tls.certificateUser: uri(Support mTLS client certificate authentication (valkey-operator v0.7 clientAuth) #15 follow-up) becomes possible.
