Description

Harmonizes the top of the desktop screens with one common filter bar (Desktop only, no SDK / MCP / docs change).

FloconPageTopBar (design system) is now a single card (1dp border) holding:

• the bar: leading actions + divider, selector, the filter field (takes the remaining width), actions, then a divider and trailing (the info button) last;
• an optional chips row;
• the content.

There is no title row: the sidebar already tells which page is open. Selectors use the new FloconPageSelector (icon, caption, value, chevron), and an empty selector (no tables, no analytics...) is hidden. The filter field (FilterBar) gets a single translucent fill (fixes a double background in FloconTextFieldWithoutM3), a wider padding and a muted placeholder. New size token pageBarControlHeight.

Migrated screens: Network, Analytics, Feature flags, Files, Images, Accessibility, Tables, Crashes, Deeplinks, ADB Commander, Database, Preferences, Dashboard.

• Network: the request list is now its own container under the bar.
• Files: the current path is shown after the back button.
• Accessibility: previous / next / refresh focus as leading actions, type filters as chips.
• Preferences: the file list becomes a file selector in the bar.
• Analytics / Tables / Feature flags / Preferences: selector in the bar (AnalyticsFilterBar, TableFilterBar, SharedPreferencesFilterBar, NetworkPageHeader removed).

The mascot walks on the top of the bar card on every migrated screen.
