Description
Adds
io.github.openflocon:flocon-bom, a Gradle/Maven Bill of Materials, so users declare the Flocon version once instead of on every module (and can no longer mix versions between a plugin and its-no-op).FloconAndroid/bommodule (java-platform+flocon.publish). Its constraints are generated from every subproject that applies the publish plugin, so a new plugin is picked up automatically. Same version as the other modules, published by the existingpublish_android.yml.docs/setup.md, snippet in the rootREADME.md.Not verified locally: the cloud sandbox cannot reach Google Maven, so
./gradlew :bom:generatePomFileForMavenPublicationandmkdocs build --strictwere not run. Please check the generated POM lists all modules and their-no-op./gemini review
