Summary

Remove the retired issue-intake workflow and historical automatic classifier. Remove its documentation, automation status labels, and automated queue instructions from the manual issue skills.

Keep manual issue-form validation and the existing human-directed issue workflow. The retired action is already disabled and its repository secret is removed.

Validation

  • All eight issue-form regression tests pass.
  • Updated CI runs only the retained manual validator tests.
  • The affected documentation no longer links to the removed automation contract.
