Create new vercel project for Node.js doc-kit docs #114

Description
Per nodejs/doc-kit#889 - the Node.js team is looking to host docs for our documentation tool. Meta, right?
We need a new project setup in vercel, similar to nodejs-learn on vercel. This project can map to https://github.com/nodejs/doc-kit in git - once made, I can setup the other things with my web-infra / web-admin access...but it seems like I cannot create a new one.

Thanks, I think we can close for now. I dont think we have intentions as of now to change the domain, and if we did we could do it I think.
