This PR configures .company/environment.json for OpenLake in accordance with the environment specification schema at https://api.thecompany.company/schemas/v1/environment.json.

Environment Configuration

• scripts.install:
  • Installs required Linux packages (build-essential, pkg-config, clang, cmake, libhwloc-dev, libudev-dev, libssl-dev).
  • Installs rustup with the pinned toolchain 1.91.1 along with rustfmt and clippy.
  • Installs helm for rendering and linting OpenLake Kubernetes Helm charts.
  • Runs cargo fetch to cache workspace dependencies in the snapshot.
• scripts.prepare:
  • Runs cargo fetch after checkout to reconcile new or changed dependencies.
• env:
  • Configures RUST_BACKTRACE=1 for detailed backtraces on crashes.
• Omitted unnecessary lifecycle phases (start is not needed as OpenLake does not require persistent background services for development/testing).

Verification

Verified that both scripts.install and scripts.prepare run successfully to completion in this sandbox environment. All schema checks passed validation.
