Add a section called: lot with lot informations and change src/views/partials/header/dropdown.hbs to get it dynamically as the rest of the project

We translate Your Ticket to Seu Ingresso or Garanta Seu Ingresso.

We need to remove this button from old versions or point to the new one 🤔

@duduribeiro Only to open a discussion about that one: The event will be always the same in eventbridge? (or any other tool that we will use to register the event). Because in this case is obviusly that we will add something like:

But as you said in my last PR, we need something like: prince_link.

The other stuff is: Now with my last PR, and with our domains we had history of the last events, maybe be a nice choose re-build the old versions, and add a IF in this menu override that dropdown with something like Ir para DevConf 20XX

Until now we are only using eventbrite. We will use they this year, but they were bought by sympla. So we need to dynamic add the link to buy the ticket.

@duduribeiro But for each lot or is a unique link? About building/deploy the old ones, what you thinkl about it?
