At a glance, South Africa looks good. It includes South African Sign Language :) Policy-wise, I think "commonly-spoken languages for convenience" is a very reasonable attribute in this dataset. |

This is one of the wilder vibe outcomes I've seen. I think there's an open policy question here on whether we want to add language assignments to territories that are pragmatic but kind of shitty, like adding
rustoua. For now, I just wanted to make this available as a mapping for the upstream Wikipedia/Wikidata work.
