[FEATURE] Support version for index files

Is your feature request related to a problem?

We need version mechanism in serializing/deserializing index files.

What solution would you like?

1. Similar to faiss, we change index id whenever we need a new version e.g. "SEIS" of SeismicIndex, next version could be "SEIT" so that each time, we check for id to know what version the index file should be serialized/deserialized
2. Use a separate value version. We write it after the id in index file header.
