The upstream Velero v1.18 release is too close the OCP 4.21 release window. In order to qualify and stabilize upstream and downstream features OADP 1.6.0 will shift it's release from OCP 4.21 to OCP 4.22. OCP 4.22 should be released in the 2nd/3rd quarter of 2026.
