Show Pet mode preparation countdown

What changed

• show a click-through translucent HUD on the active screen throughout the Pet / Kid preparation countdown
• update the HUD every second with the remaining time before input locking begins
• create the HUD before the app transitions into the hidden countdown state
• clear the HUD and restore the app when the countdown is cancelled
• bump the app version to 0.1.4

Why

The previous version explained the five-second preparation period inside CleanMyScreen, but hid the app as soon as the countdown began. Users could no longer see what the countdown was for. The instruction now remains visible above the video or browser without intercepting clicks.

Validation

• ./Scripts/run-tests.sh — 11 tests passed
• test coverage asserts that the preparation HUD is shown before the countdown state is published
• universal app build completed
• arm64 and x86_64 DMGs mounted and verified for version 0.1.4, architecture, signature, and SHA-256 checksum
