Create tmp/pids, tmp/cache, and tmp/sockets during Docker build to fix Puma error: "No such file or directory - tmp/pids/server.pid" This is cleaner than tracking empty tmp directories in git. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
