[OPL-4711] listings as a migration check; auto-delist; granular types; delist-only - #37

Show open listings as a first-class migration check (count + outpoints), let users pick listings / ordinals / BSV21 / BSV, cancel listings through the existing cancel action before migrate-away, and add a delist-only path. Co-authored-by: Satchmo <rohenaz@users.noreply.github.com>

Surfaces open OrdLock listings on
/wallet/migrate(count + outpoints), not mixed into other UTXOs. Default migrate-away cancels selected listings through the existing cancel action before sweep. Users pick listings / ordinals / BSV21 / BSV. Cancel listings only does not sweep the rest of the wallet. Create stays off; buy/cancel of existing listings stay on.
