Readers already filter by expiresAt, so the sweeps only need to keep the tables from growing. Also excludes git worktrees from Biome so lint runs.

Part of OPL-4927 (cut idle Convex traffic across the opl team). The two cleanup crons on convex-violet-mirror ran every 5 minutes with nobody using the app. Readers already filter expired rows by expiresAt, so a 30-minute sweep is enough. Also excludes .worktrees from Biome so lint runs on a checkout with worktrees present.
