Removing reference of AngularJS from the wiki.

Oppia has removed AngularJs from their codebase but it seems like there is still reference to Angular JS in the wiki . Hence it is expected that the wiki is updated so as to inform new contributors that only Angular is being used .

I found a few wiki pages in this repo that still reference AngularJS and/or describe Oppia as a hybrid Angular + AngularJS frontend.

The main files are:
Overview-of-the-Oppia-codebase.md
Angular-Migration.md
Frontend-tests.md
Learning-Resources.md

Let me know if I am going in the right direction or are there any more files that need fixing.
Proposed fix:

Remove/replace contributor-facing mentions of AngularJS and with the current reality.

If this sounds good, I’d love to take this up and open a PR.

PS: I have also commented on a couple of issues with my proposed fix in the main Oppia repo as I would love to fix bugs rather than just docs but no one has replied yet, any idea who I should contact regarding the same. Ik this is out of context but I would appreciate the help.

@Meeth-webdev just wanted to drop a gentle reminder if you'd be okay with me taking this up and think I am going in the right direction, I am open to suggestions and feedback if you think I am not going in the right direction. I would love to contribute and learn from my mistakes, also

@HardikGoyal2003 PTAL, also I believe it is worth mentioning that I think we should delete the migration page entirely as migration is done or would that be not ideal?
