Update the team names

Problem

We have updated the tech team names in Oppia, but in some places, the docs still use the old names.

Solution

Update all the references of :

• LaCE Team --> LEAP Team
• CD Team --> CORE Team

Also check for:

• Learner and Creator Experience --> LEAP Team (Learners, Educators, Allies, and Parents)
• Contributor Dashboard --> CORE Team (Creators, Operations, Reviewers and Editors)

Hi, I’d like to work on this issue.

I plan to search for all occurrences of the old team names across the docs and update them to the new naming conventions as specified.
