When a PR is assigned to reviewers after a huge number of commits, it's hard to check for force-pushes. Searching the whole page works, but only if some comments and commits are not hidden (which probably are in case of huge PR).
Describe the solution you'd like
- Update Oppiabot to check for force-push when new commits are pushed to the PR.
- When PR is reopened, check for previous messages of force-pushes.
