• define normative opsle.value-receipt.v1 semantics and EXACT/OBSERVED/ESTIMATED/MODELED/EXPERIMENTAL classes
• add JSON schema, semantic claim-ceiling validator, and invalid-state tests
• require Visible Value evidence for applicable COMPLETE lifecycle gates and Opsle Value sections in execution summaries
• formalize operator/model channel separation, observational corpus fields, and future replay attachments
• record exact-revision Context Firewall -> Decision Evidence -> Trajectory Profiler conformance and public-safe implementation-run dogfooding evidence
• refresh all three mechanism revisions and EXP-001 prerequisites while preserving EXP-001 as PLANNED and retaining all 19 repositories
