Motivation

Extend Python support through 3.15 and test all supported Python versions.

Description of the changes

• Extend the Linux test matrix to include Python 3.13, 3.14, and 3.15.
• Add Python 3.10–3.15 test matrices for macOS and Windows.
• Update the package classifiers and README badge to include Python 3.13–3.15.
• Keep Python 3.10 as the minimum supported version.

It might be better to run unit tests with 3.10 and 3.15 only to reduce the CI jobs.

	python-version: ['3.10', '3.11', '3.12', '3.13', '3.14', '3.15']
	python-version: ['3.10', '3.15']

Currently, all Mac tests take less than 30 seconds to run. The tests are small and fast enough, so I think it's fine to run all of them on all Python versions.

If we only consider Mac, that’s 4 CI jobs; however, including Linux and Windows brings the total to 12. It seems that 3.10 and 3.15 alone should be sufficient.
