Superseded by #44, which is a strict superset of this PR plus the missing CI env fix (FastAPI / MCP extras for the default Hatch env). The lint job here was failing without that fix. |

Lifts skills, a2a, integrations, streaming, playbooks (~1900 LOC) into strict mypy. 3,246 unit tests pass; pre-commit clean (added fastapi/fastmcp/mcp to mypy additional_dependencies).
