Initial proof of concept. Must satisfy the following criteria: - Allow processing to be triggered then triaged to the relevant clients - Handle DAGs defined by the clients - Handle a minimum of 2 clients (either in the same language or cross language) - Have Postgres as the data store, with some seperation between result 'stream' data and the relational data. - Scale to 2,000,000 processing requests per minute with minimal load, with benchmarks to proove it.
