…rlay The package option default now uses pkgs.ratty instead of self.packages, enabling nixpkgs upstreaming. An overlay is provided so consumers can make pkgs.ratty available.

I'm refactoring my own infrastructure, so admit I have not tested all options this provides. And It needs a better PR-message.. But It's working currently on my local systems |

This is my current WIP for correcting my prior work, as well as improving the module usage for nix users overall.
My aim here is to provide declarative configurable GPU usage, as well as some nice-to-haves building on the prior work.
