Language selection is now concentrated in Settings, including the empty workbench. The switch uses two equal segments in a 112px capsule, and the two redundant troubleshooting/activity sections are removed.
Advanced management opens and closes over 400ms, retargets repeated clicks from the current frame, supports Enter/Space, and respects reduced motion. Language changes and returning from Backup preserve the open section and unsaved presentation choice. Empty-preview uploads now open the existing attachment form directly; task/runtime APIs remain available.
This patch increments the package to 0.8.4 and updates the Chinese/English README and changelog. Validation: 104 Node contracts passed; macOS completed all 588 Python/browser tests without skips. All three CI jobs passed on this exact commit (Linux Python 3.9, Linux Python 3.13 with browser, macOS Python 3.9 with browser). Four fresh wheel/sdist installation paths passed.
