Adds react-hook-form + Zod validation to the AWS account tab: Account ID (12 digits), Access Key ID (AKIA + 16 chars), Secret Access Key (min 20), inline red error messages, submit disabled until valid, errors reset on clear/tab-change, example placeholders, and a copy button for the IAM policy. Closes #2.
Note: stacks on #7 and #8; those commits drop off once they merge.
