release: improve gallery and settings UX

What changed

• keep the gallery anchored to newest designs on launch and new runs while preserving Preview return position
• replace the narrow settings modal with a categorized sidebar workspace
• add a persistent searchable model picker to the top bar with rollback-safe saving
• bump all workspace versions to 0.2.2

Why

The gallery opened at the wrong scroll position, high-value settings were difficult to navigate, and model selection was buried.
