Add the native map workspace

Summary

• adds a native Leaflet Map workspace backed by /map/search
• includes place, radius, keyword, and source controls plus result and archive views
• surfaces provider warnings, accuracy, provenance, and associated identity metadata
• keeps core dataset workflows usable without an X credential
• updates readiness, documentation, tests, and GPL package metadata

Verification

• 15 client tests pass
• Electron production packaging passes
• production dependency audit reports no known vulnerabilities

The map is native whoisit UI and does not embed the standalone Social Mapping client.
