Prepare PDrive 0.8.2

Summary

• bump the synchronized PDrive version sources to 0.8.2
• publish the new community and support documentation as a versioned release
• point the Arch release-candidate instructions to the new 0.8.2-1 package

Release scope

This is a community and documentation patch release. It does not change runtime behavior. The reviewed Proton bridge worker fix is already included in the PDrive rclone build shipped by v0.8.1. Arch remains a release-candidate target with no broader support claim.

The two GTK suites in the portable host run were skipped because xvfb-run is not installed locally; the Arch container smoke run exercised the setup-wizard and GTK checks successfully.
