ORCA Log Extraction - Inline Preview Panel

Issue Description:
Currently, when clicking the Preview button, a new window pops up. We need to modify this behavior so that the preview window appears on the right side of the page, while the ORCA Log Extraction page shifts to the left. Additionally, any updates made to the fields in the ORCA Log Extraction page should be dynamically reflected in the preview window in real-time.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The preview window should open on the right side of the page instead of a new pop-up window.
• The ORCA Log Extraction page should shift to the left to accommodate the preview section.
• Any changes made in the ORCA Log Extraction fields should dynamically update in the preview window without requiring a page refresh.
• Ensure proper alignment and responsiveness across different screen sizes.
• Test and verify that the UI remains functional and user-friendly after the update.
