Title: Feat: Implement core authentication system (Register, Login, Logout, Forgot Password)

Description

This PR introduces the complete authentication layer for the application. The following endpoints and functionalities have been implemented:

• Registration: New user account creation with secure password hashing using password_hash().
• Login: Credential verification and session management (or JWT/Token generation).
• Logout: Secure session termination and token invalidation.
• Password Recovery: Implementation of the "Forgot Password" workflow, including email request and reset logic.
• Validation: Robust server-side validation for all inputs (email format, password strength, unique constraints).
• Security: Middleware implementation to protect routes and prevent unauthorized access.

Motivation and Context

This change is required to establish a secure user management system. It serves as the foundation for all user-specific features and ensures that private data is only accessible to authenticated users.

How Has This Been Tested?

• Manual API Testing: All endpoints were verified using Postman/Insomnia to ensure correct status codes and JSON responses.
• Unit/Feature Tests: Automated tests were written using PHPUnit to cover the authentication logic and validation rules.
• Integration Testing: Verified the full user lifecycle (Register -> Login -> Access Protected Route -> Logout) in the local development environment.
• Database Verification: Confirmed that passwords are encrypted and user records are correctly stored/updated in the database.
