Bumps the pinned Periplum engine v0.3.2 → v0.3.3 with the matching SRI integrity hash.
v0.3.3 adds the mobile/responsive pass: fit-to-data framing on load and resize (so all protocol cities are visible on a phone), single-world rendering to prevent tiling, and a responsive header. One-line change + hash.
